NFUTR, Inc. (“NFUTR”, “we”) operates this private submission portal for testimony videos (“Sparks”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Contact information you provide: full legal name, email, phone, city, state.
  • Your submitted video, written summary, optional Bible references, and electronic signature.
  • Submission audit metadata: timestamp, IP address, browser/device user-agent, and the version of the contributor release you accepted.

How we use it

We use this information to review submissions, respond to contributors, maintain a legal record of consent, and — where a Spark is selected — to use the submitted content as permitted by the Contributor Release.

Storage & access

Videos are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage. Only authorized NFUTR team members can view submissions. Videos are never publicly displayed on this website.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the portal under confidentiality obligations.
